Interior
Our architect's villa of 170m2 is air-conditioned and has a large living room with large bay windows which allows you to communicate with nature. It was decorated by an interior designer architect.
The living room is therefore very bright, and it has a television, a DVD player and a Chromecast. Wifi is available throughout the entire Villa.
The dining room can accommodate 10 people.
The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a terrace which offers a view of the swimming pool with a submerged shutter, the volleyball court, the bowling alley, the trampoline, the ping pong table...
The rooms
Villa TAKAPUNA has a master suite (160*200 bed) with a shower room on the ground floor, two bedrooms upstairs each with a double bed (160*200) and a single bed (90*200), as well as an open mezzanine with a double sofa bed (160*200) and a desk (teleworking possible), games room, reading area with a view of nature.
The bedding (box springs, mattresses, pillows (feathers), duvets (feathers), bed linen) is of French quality (manufactured in Brittany).
Electric shutters.
A bathroom with WC is upstairs and separate WCs on the ground floor.
A laundry room is located on the ground floor.
A space under the stairs will accommodate your suitcases.

The heated and protected swimming pool awaits you in the garden.
The park will offer a breathtaking view of ferns, pines and cork oaks. The boules pitch, the volleyball court and all other garden activities are ready for you. All you need to do now is enjoy the landscape!
In the village of Moliets-et-Mâa you will find all the local shops (supermarket nearby, bakeries, pharmacy, press, butcher, restaurants, activities, shops, surf schools, etc.). Only a few minutes from the house.
6 minutes by car from the Villa, you will be on the beaches or at the international golf course of Moliets which is located between the pine forest and the ocean. Many activities are available in the surroundings (nautical activities, surfing, cycling and many cycle paths, nature reserve of the Courant d'Huchet, Lac de Léon with all its activities, horse riding, golf, tennis, padel, Adrenaline Park, quad, kayak , …).
