This architect’s villa will appeal to you as it is equipped with a private heated swimming pool and bay windows that perfectly capture the surrounding nature. On the edge of the forest and on an area of about 1.2 hectares, come and have a good time with family or friends in this haven of peace out of sight. Direct access to the forest from the Villa and the Takapuna Lodge. The Villa and the Lodge each have their own land, parking and swimming pool. The two sites are separated by a fence with a gate that allows you to pass from one garden to another if the two houses are rented by the same group.

Villa Takapuna,

Our 170m2 villa is air-conditioned and has a master suite with shower room on the ground floor, two bedrooms upstairs each with a double bed and a single bed, as well as an open mezzanine with a 2-seater sofa bed and a desk (teleworking possible), games room, reading area with a view of nature.
A bathroom with WC is upstairs and separate WCs on the ground floor.
The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a terrace which offers a view of the swimming pool and the very bright living/dining room has a television, DVD player, Chromecast and wifi.
The bedding (box springs, mattresses, pillows, duvets, bed linen) is of French quality (manufactured in Brittany). Electric shutters.
A 9*4m heated swimming pool (with submerged shutter) and many activities (volleyball court, bowling alley, ping pong...) await you on site.
The Takapuna Lodge,

The 110m2 lodge can accommodate up to 11 people with its beds. It has a master bedroom with shower room and WC and a 160x200 bed, two other master bedrooms with 160x200 and 140x200 beds, a bedroom with two single 90x200 beds and finally a bedroom with two bunk beds and a single bed of 90*200. These rooms share a bathroom with shower and double sink.
A separate WC also serves this part of the Lodge.
You can enjoy a private outdoor space with a view of nature, without any buildings opposite. When you leave the house you can take the forest path directly for your walks, jogging or cycling. The cycle path going to the ocean is only a few dozen meters away in the forest or via the road.
The Lodge offers washing machine, equipped kitchen, television, DVD player and free WI-FI. Free parking for 4 cars on either side of the lodge.
The mattresses of the double beds are manufactured in France, high-end hotel range. Feather pillows and duvets.
The TAKAPUNA Lodge is air-conditioned. Interior blinds are placed in the bedrooms to preserve privacy. Electric shutters.
There is a 7*3.5m heated swimming pool with a protective cover for the children. Also, a barbecue, plancha and pergola await you in its garden within the preserved nature.
Exterior and surroundings
The property with its 2 swimming pools, its terraces, outdoor dining areas and large spaces is waiting for you. 6 minutes by car, you will be on the beaches or at the international golf course of Moliets which is located between the pine forest and the ocean. Many activities are available in the surroundings (nautical activities, surfing, cycling and many cycle paths, nature reserve of the Courant d'Huchet, Lac de Léon with all its activities, horse riding, golf, tennis, padel, Adrenaline Park, quad, kayak , …). Something to keep adults and children occupied.
